HOW TO BREW QUALITY TEA
Water quality is a key ingredient when brewing tea. Any contaminants in the water will taint the flavor of the tea and interfere with the natural flavor characteristics of each tea. The Grind provides labels each loose tea purchase with the recommended maximum brewing times and temperatures. Brewing times can get adjusted to each person’s individual taste. Brewing longer than our suggested times could result in a “bitter” taste.
